FAQ

1. The shoes displayed on the website are samples. Shoes will be manufactured when an order is placed and after payment.
2. All shoes are available in standard Italian shoe sizes, women’s shoes from size 34‑43, men’s shoes from size 36‑48. We also offer shoes made to measure.
3. For made-to-measure shoes there will be a supplementary payment of CHF 100.-
4. All shoes are handcrafted in Italy by PAOUL in Saonara. All materials are sourced locally in the Veneto region, except the textile material for the vegan shoes, which is produced in Germany.
5. All orders require direct and personal communication and consultation. Orders are valid after payment.
6. Customers can expect delivery of their order 5-6 weeks after placing it. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.
7. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
